Meet the 10 year old boy who beat a 90 year old woman to death

How do you, at just 10 years old, beat someone until they die? At 10? That's exactly what Tristen Kurilla from Pennsylvania, (pictured above) did. He beat a 90 year old woman until she died.

He is currently being held in the adult jail as he awaits trial. He is the youngest person ever to face a murder charge in Pennsylvania.

Here's what he did. Tristen was visiting his grandfather in October this year. According to what he later told police, he entered the room of 90 year old Helen Novak who lived with his grand dad on Oct 11 to ask her a question. He said Helen screamed at him and told him to leave her room. He said he lost his temper, picked the woman's wooden cane and attacked the woman who sitting in her bed.

 l
Police say Tristen beat her with the cane, hooked it around her neck and pushed it into her throat for a few seconds then punched her five times in the throat and several times in the stomach. There was no one else at the time of the incident to help Helen.

When the boy's granddad returned shortly and found Helen unresponsive, he called medics and the police. Tristen told police he'd only meant to hurt her, not kill her.

He is currently in adult jail though his lawyers are trying to get the courts to transfer the case to juvenile court and have Tristen moved to a youth detainment facility because of his age. That has not happened yet.

His parents are said to be devastated and claimed Tristen was such a good and kind boy who wouldn't a hurt a fly. Yeah, he skipped the fly and killed someone instead.

Tristen has since met with a psychiatrist and will next meet with the defense’s mental health expert.

Flamboyant Psychologist Adejoro Olumofin writes on guys giving ladies false hope

Psychologist Adejoro Olumofin aka "Doktor" Mofin writes on guys giving ladies false hope. Read below...

Letter to the Fellas. Volume 3. (Do we Intentionally give ladies false hope? Or is it unconscious?).. Why do Ladies always have to ask us one of the most famous questions ever "Who am I to you?"
As guys deep inside our "Id" i.e  our reservoir of Emotions and Feelings ; we know that a Lady may not be the one for us or be our type yet we stand in her way of moving on and getting a man.
We play the role of Boyfriend to a lady who we don't see as our Girlfriend. We fill her head with Imaginary love, buy her nice and expensive things, introduce her to our family, meet her own family yet she doesn't know you're on gear 1 while she's on gear 6.. I've been guilty of this as well and I hope I've learned to know better.. But my Question is do we men STRING ladies along Intentionally ? or is it unconscious? or are we just Mean and Insensitive?..
Both men and women are guilty of stringing people along but men have a Phd in Stringing Affairs because of our Ego and Machismo.. Some men see having a lot of ladies around them as an accomplishment. Most times the ladies who are victims to this lost years of their lives being enslaved to a guy in Imaginary Love just to find out that he's not that into her or he's engaged to another lady who is his true type or preference.
As fellas I know we all have that selfish trait and want to be needed and adored by ladies even if its at their detriment.. Please let's try to respect the emotions of ladies and realise that sometimes it takes more time for a lady to move on than a man.. Also, to the ladies ; if you have to ask a guy " WHO AM I TO YOU?" More than 4 times then rethink that relationship, also try to look for the signs that a guy is just stringing you along because the more time you spend with him the more emotionally attached you will be.. I must also say it takes a strong man to put his selfishness aside and let a lady move on with her life if he knows he doesn't have serious plans for her..
Dear Fellas stop blocking the entrance if you're not willing to step up or your relationship isn't defined. Any relationship that isn't defined is a waste of time. Ladies make sure he tells you who you are to him. Its a form of Relationship Insurance. #DoktorMofin #Psychology #LetterToTheFellas Vol. 3

My Wandering Penis - by Charly Boy (must read)

Y'all need to read this. Charly Boy really opened up in the piece. Did y'all know he had his first child at 16 and that he was molested as a young boy? Well, read his article below...
Some say that I am gay; some have called me a fag, crazily some think am a transvestite. Some will swear I’m bisexual, hummmmmm. My Sexuality has always been a subject of great scrutiny and misconception ever since I can remember, and I have had a ball if I say so myself. Na today? E don tey!

My parents saw Pepper. When I was barely 10yrs old, my baby nurse was caught tampering with me sexually, Chineke! A practice that pleasured me even though I didn’t know what the heck to do, when we were caught by my mother needless to say how levied she was. My God!  Come and see! She beat the living hell out of my baby nurse, didn't even know my mum knew karate and judo then. No be small thing.

By the time I turned 12, I was disvirgined  by a local whore who dashed me my first STD,  the discomfort I experienced was very scary, it was as if my kini was on fire.  Kai!  I confided in my Mama, who took it upon herself to further frighten and scare the living day light out of me, telling me how sex is so bad and dangerous. Did that frighten me after I was cured?  For where? From there on, girls were getting pregnant around me like they were all catching cold. The more I was beaten up by my father and scared shitless by my mother for my waywardness the more stories of pregnant girls all over the bloody place grew, it was amazing though  it wasn't funny.
Meanwhile in secondary school, my mates were busy being good children, reading their books; I was busy fornicating all over the place getting girls pregnant. It was incredible when I come to think about it now.  Yesoooo I was catching my fun with reckless abandon while my parents prayed for my deliverance because chaiii, I spoil from belle, no be today. By the time I was 16yrs old I had my first baby, of course not to be seen as a cursed child I denied any knowledge of ever knowing the woman at the time, who usually were all older than me, some by 10yrs. All I could chorus at that time was that famous tune by Shaggy, No, "It Wasn't Me". By the time I turned 19, my mother in her wisdom talked me into getting married early. I went along with the programme, for me I saw it all as legally having a free supply of p....sy, endless sex, which one be my own. That marriage failed before it kicked off, I was just too young and immature to understand what I was getting myself  into, that’s how I ended up marrying 3times, experimenting with different women before meeting my present anointed  wife, lady Diane.
It has not been all that bad because I can now see how wanting to be severely me has brought me miles ahead of my peers and age mates.
Now I smell like someone who was always ahead of his game. My first son is about 46yrs old now, an associate professor at MIT in Boston Mass. USA. Then it was taboo for a young man of 16 to be making babies, right now my people, it's a blessing, and I thank God daily. I have nine kids and 14 grandchildren, I have had my fill God knows, but the hardest thing was the discipline I had to employ when I built the larger than life Image that is CharlyBoy.
There were girls everywhere, crawling from between the cracks in the walls, young girls, not so young, old and not too old, married women, red Indians, white, black, green. There were more women around me, God! I don't even know how I coped, thanks for all that I have learnt as a Buddhist. The art of conquering one’s body, controlling my desires and not allowing it to gain dominion over me. At first it was difficult, but the more I chased the truth in the line of clean living I started to develop a more beautiful soul. It was only discipline , courage, wisdom and the blood of Lady Diane that helped me survive attacks from all them women, the harder they came the harder they fell. I chased the chasers. No be small tin.
The controversial stunt and hype of being gay, was my unorthodox way of beating off most of the women hanging around me, it was becoming ridiculous. As the hype gained momentum most of the women left me to myself, feeling that my sexual preference was different. The fact that I was able to act with restrain made me powerful, can't really explain it, but I felt godlike and I knew I had come of age.
As I matured through the journey I started to feel more in control of my erection and emotions.  But no thanks to the gay thing, I have always been as straight as a pencil and even if I was, why would I ever hide it, I send anybody? Me, Charlyboy, 007, license to do anyhow. Long story short, it discouraged a lot of women from hanging around, since I couldn't beat them off. Oh! I played my part very well as Charlyboy. The gen gen tins abi? I’m really good at it, believe me.
Just in case I’m losing you, or have managed to confuse you.  Please get your mind out from the gutters I’m talking about discipline here, not indiscriminate sex. I’m talking about the need for grownups to live a more disciplined life, having more respect for your Kini and your body. I may have been a bomb as a teenager, but my brother now I know better how to honour and respect my body. Gbam!

PDP suspends its former chairman, Bamanga Tukur

The National Working Committee of the PDP has suspended its immediate past Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur. According to a statement released this afternoon, Alhaji Tukur was suspended for taking the party to court without 'exhausting the internal redress avenues'.

Mr Tukur had recently dragged the party and its current chairman Adamu Mu'azu to court, asking the court to declare his resignation as the party chairman in January null and void. Find the statement after the cut...

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic (PDP) at its 395th meeting held yesterday, December 3, 2014 reviewed recent national developments as they affect the party.

Among others, the NWC deliberated on the court case instituted against the National Chairman of the Party, Ahmed Adamu Mu'azu by the former National Chairman, Dr. Bamanga Tukur. The NWC reasoned that for instituting a claim and counter claim in suit FHC/ABJ /821/2014; Gurin vs PDP & 3 others without first exploring and exhausting the party's internal mechanism of redress and for attempting to stop the forthcoming National Convention to nominate the party's presidential candidate as well as regularize the position of the National Chairman and other members of the National Working Committee is unacceptable.

The NWC hereby suspends Dr. Bamanga Tukur and Aliyu Abuba Gurin for one month and refers them to the National Disciplinary Committee for infringing on section 58(1)(a)( b)( h)( l) of the PDP Constitution 2012( as amended)
